OUR STORY
Wolstonbury is founded by Sam Phillippe, a hospitality owner, operator and C-suite management professional of 21 years.
A former Partner at Nando's UK, Sam has since owned and created new brands, scaled up several emerging brands including WatchHouse, Fernandez & Wells, Noir Espresso, Humble Grape and Agile Rabbit.
As well as casual dining operations, Sam led the scale-up of the Redemption Roasters specialty coffee brand which achieved a £22m valuation in 2023.
Today Sam is the founder of his own specialty coffee brand and continues to deliver world-class consultancy for a number of high profile clients.
