Meet the leadership team

Wolstonbury is founded by Sam, a hospitality management and operations professional of 21 years.

Since achieving Partner status at Nando's, Sam dedicated the following ten years developing and proving a scale-up methodology that allows SME hospitality companies to scale.

For three years Sam provided strategic leadership to the founders at Redemption Roasters and led the scale-up of the hospitality business which achieved a £22m valuation in 2023.

Prior to this, Sam helped grow brands including WatchHouse, Fernandez & Wells, Humble Grape and The Agile Rabbit.
